Document Description
The project is limited to vegetation maintenance along roughly 250-feet of unnamed tributaries to South Honcut Creek. Vegetation maintenance shall be limited to the removal of invasives and selective trimming of native vegetation to maintain channel capacity and reduce fire fuel loads. Vegetation maintenance shall be limited to one time annually for the life of the Agreement. No native trees with a diameter at breast height greater than four inches will be removed. Equipment to be used includes hand tools such as shovels, hoes, string, or blade trimmers, chain saws, hand saws, machetes, pruning shears, loppers, mowers, and chippers. Heavy equipment shall not be used.
