Document Description
The Ellis Logistics Center Project (proposed project) proposes the development of a warehouse facility on APN 330-090-006 and APN 330-090-007 totaling approximately 34.52 acres. The proposed project consists 643,419 square feet (sf) concrete tilt up warehouse building and would have a roof line of approximately 40 feet in height with altering parapets between 43 feet and 49 feet. Access to the project site would be provided via two new driveways of Ellis Avenue, with the easternmost driveway allowing truck access. The project also has been designed to accommodate future rail car access from the BNSF/Southern California Railroad Authority (SCRRA) Metrolink railway adjacent to the project site to the south, should a future user choose to pursue the design and construction of a rail spur with the appropriate agencies.
