Document Description
Rebuild existing detached garage in existing location. Re-use existing foundation if possible. Side/rear setbacks are 30 feet, requesting 16'-6" setback in lieu. Front setback is 50 feet, requesting 15'8" to match the existing building location. There are no other suitable building locations, there is a well in NE area and large rock outcropping behind the house preventing rebuild there. Home has a circle driveway now that if the building was moved in from the side setback, it would block the driveway. South portion of property has septic preventing the rebuild there. This is the only location for the rebuild due to the above requirements.
