The project consists of the granting of a right-of -entry to Earth Tek Engineering Corporation to demolish a 568 square foot Security Police Kennel Support facility (Facility 5052) constructed in 1956 by March Air Force Base. The facility was abandoned after the realignment of the military base to a reserve base in 1996 and has since deteriorated.
