Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approves the Westside Disposal Facility’s (Facility) request for a class 2 permit modification of the existing Hazardous Waste Facility Post Closure Permit (Permit). The project proposes changes to the existing surface cover to effectively manage stormwater and to minimize future erosion at the Facility. The proposed drainage plan consists of installing permeable berms within Fenced Area #2.
