Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes an emergency roadway project to repair storm drainage systems, eroded embankment slopes, and paved shoulders at the following locations: San Joaquin County on State Route (SR)-120 at postmile (PM) R6.0/R6.9, San Joaquin County on SR-580 at PM 8.0/10.0, Stanislaus County on Interstate (I)-5 at PM 10.0/11.5 and in Stanislaus County on I-5 at PM 15.0/17.0. The scope of work includes, removing debris and restoring all assets to their original condition, repairing all damaged overside drains, dikes, embankments, structural sections and placing rock slope protection at all washed out areas. The purpose of this project is to stabilize slopes and repair damaged drainage systems. The need for this project is to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property or essential public services.
