The new District office would allow the District to consolidate its administrative functions into one central facility. The newly constructed District office would provide a board room, restrooms, breakout rooms, conference rooms, offices, space for cubicles, and storage rooms. The footprint of the new District office would increase by 19,150 square feet. The location of the new building would be immediately south of the existing District office. The District office would be designed and constructed as a two-story building that would serve as District headquarters.
