Document Description
The proposed project is a renewal and permit transfer of an existing cannabis retail storefront dispensary (NO delivery service), with minor modification to allow for both medicinal and adult use and request a five-year permit term; previously approved and operated as Sonoma Medicinal Herbs/SMH Resources Inc. under UPE10-0069. Operating hours will remain unchanged: Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The operation will have a maximum of 5 employees on-site at one time and is located within an existing 4,983-square-foot tenant space (Unit 102/Condo Unit 2) within an existing 39,445-square-foot commercial building. No expansion of the current dispensary retail floor area (approximately 600 square feet) is proposed. This Use Permit incorporates and supersedes all previous Use Permits.
