Document Description
THIS IS A RECIRCULATION. The project proposes to develop the project site for light industrial land uses, primarily “high-cube” warehouses. All the existing County parcels are currently zoned as AG-40 – General Agriculture with a 40-acre minimum parcel size. The project includes a request that the City Council pre-zone the entire project site Industrial, Limited (IL). The proposed pre-zoning would be consistent with the current Industrial designation of the properties under the Stockton General Plan and with the proposed project.
This is the recirculation of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) prepared and released for public review on October 2, 2023. The Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report (RDEIR) discusses environmental concerns related to the substantial changes to the project and its setting that have occured since the publication of the DEIR and which support recirculation of the EIR.
