Document Description
The Project site contains an unnamed creek (Creek) which is a tributary to Southampton Bay and the Carquinez Strait. The Project will construct a four-story storage facility, parking lots, and bioretention facilities; install four vegetated stormwater outfalls; and install a 65-foot (ft) by 5-ft steel pedestrian walkway (Bridge) over the Creek to connect the storage building with parking facilities between two previously developed parcels. A stormwater plan was developed for 2.55 acres of new, impervious surfaces, incorporating low-impact development (LID) designs and stormwater treatment. The Project will permanently impact approximately 0.006 ac (17 linear feet) of the Creek for the installation of willow-vegetated treated stormwater outfalls.
