Document Description
The purpose of this project is to utilize an existing concrete pad to provide space for a residential trailer at Point Los Ranch State Park (Ishxenta State Park) to provide housing for a state park employee. Work will:
• Excavate trenches, as necessary, to extend nearby sewer, water, and electrical services from an adjacent existing residence;
• Construct a redwood privacy fence to match existing residential fences in the park; and
• Restore an historic shed which will be shared by the new and existing residence.
The trailer will be provided by the resident and will be removed upon vacancy of the site. No additional new facilities will be built.
