Document Description
The project is a request for the following planning entitlement:
1. A Minor Use Permit to allow the installation of a 10-foot tall, 12-volt battery operated,
electric fence around the perimeter of 2551 Trade Wind Avenue.
The project consists of the installation of 764 linear feet of perimeter, security fencing. The
height of the proposed fencing is 10 feet and the material consists of 1-inch by 1-inch steel
mesh. The proposed fencing would be placed inside the existing 6-foot tall chain link and
wrought iron fencing along the perimeter of a paved asphalt at an existing commercial facility.
Installation of the proposed fencing will not result in the removal of any vegetation, including
trees.
