Document Description
The University Tower CPU project increases cleaning and sterilization capacity by reactivating 7,800 assignable square feet of outmoded CPU space located in the basement of the University Tower to meet current and future sterilization demands needed to support operating room and general procedures. The CPU project was approved by the chancellor in July 2016. This action is asking for a budget augmentation of $1,244,000 to this CPU project to upgrade the critical water system and to complete the project due to schedule delays. This critical water system upgrade will enhance the purity and consistency for critical water to meet current requirements, which have changed during the course of the project.
