The project would include the construction of an approximately 47,899-square-foot (gross area, inclusive of mezzanine/office spaces), one-story warehouse building on an approximately 2.83-acre site (gross area). The 47, 899-square-foot warehouse building would be composed of approximately 42,899 square feet of warehouse space and 5,000 square feet of mezzanine/office space. The warehouse building would have an approximate height of 44 feet when measured from grade. In addition, the project would also include improvements along the project’s street frontage, including landscaping, fencing, and street and sidewalk improvements.
