Document Description
The temporary permit would allow diversion to underground storage of up to 3,200 acre-feet from Rock Creek in San Joaquin County during high flow events. The permit allows diversion to underground storage between date of issuance and May 31, 2023. Water stored underground would be extracted by overlying wells for municipal use within 46,593 acres within the City of Stockton GSA and irrigation use on up to 100 acres within District boundaries.
