The limited volume transfer operation is defined and authorized by California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 3, Article 6.0-6.3 and complies with the Enforcement Agency Notification requirements set forth in Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 5.0, Article 3.0 commencing with Section 18100. Project approval is a ministerial action by the LEA.
