Document Description
The Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (District) will transfer up to 3,500 AF a week of its 2023 Article 21 Interruptible State Water Project Water to Kern County Water Agency for J. G. Boswell Company who farms in both districts. The deliveries will be completed during the availability of Interruptible Water as determined by DWR and no later than December 31, 2023. No lands will be fallowed as a result of the transfer and no additional groundwater will be pumped. The lands have been actively farmed in the past.
