Document Description
The property owner proposes to subdivide the property into two parcels: Lot 1 at +/-133.92 acres and Lot 2 at +/-213.32 acres in size. Following approval of the minor subdivision, the applicant will be required, as a condition of approval, to submit complete application(s) and fees to rescind the existing Non-prime Land Conservation (Williamson) Act contract on the property and replace with two new separate Prime and Hybrid Williamson Act contracts for each parcel resulting from the subdivision pursuant to Sonoma County’s Uniform Rules for Agricultural Preserves (Uniform Rules).
