Document Description
The Hesperia Unified School District proposes the development of a new multipurpose building with performance facilities and a community wellness center at Hesperia High School’s existing tennis courts. Replacement tennis courts would be constructed in a different area of the campus. The performance facilities would accommodate the school’s existing music and drama programs and include a black box theater and performance theater, with up to 570 spectator seats, band and chorus instructional spaces, and ancillary facilities, including a construction room, dressing rooms, restrooms, concessions room, workspaces, and storage rooms. The wellness clinic would be used for District-sponsored medical and mental health pop-up programs to support Hesperia High School student and community needs.
