Document Description
The proposed project will add HVAC control to storage, conference, and workrooms in the William J. “Pete” Veterans Home in Lancaster, Ca. Work will add mechanical equipment including new condensing units mounted on the roof, condensate piping, ductwork, and electrical components to provide additional environmental control in the building. Additional work will repair and paint walls affected in the work areas as needed.
