Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-LAN-14649-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Laurel Canyon Blvd., LLC. The project is limited to the restoration of the site to conditions present before the installation of an observation deck, koi pond, and concrete structures. The site will be restored through the removal of cement structures and the removal of non-native English ivy plants by hand. After the debris and ivy plants have been removed, the 50 by 60-foot area will be planted with 40 container plants and monitored for five years. The project will impact 0.07 acres of riparian habitat.
