Document Description
The Project involves the construction of a 750,000-gallon above-ground potable water storage tank, booster pump station, stationary emergency generator, associated fencing, lighting, control panels, and appurtenances at the Roseton Well site. The Proposed Project would also relocate the existing backwash tank and motor control center. Existing plant site piping would be modified, as needed. The Project also includes removal of ornamental trees along the western fence line. The Project would increase storage to help provide potable water to the Artesia System and address the existing storage deficiency, add redundancy to the existing system, and maintain an uninterrupted supply of water for the system. The overall capacity required by the Artesia System would be the same as existing conditions, therefore there would be no capacity increase with the Proposed Project.
