Document Description
This project is in response to damage caused by heavy storm precipitation which occurred during the winter of 22/23 within Crystal Cove State Park, causing a section of the BFI Trail to fail. Currently, the trail is a public safety hazard and remains closed to the public. The BFI trail is an important connector the Park’s trail network. DPR proposes a small reroute of approximately 125 feet to direct park visitors away from the hazardous area.
