Hermosa Beach City School District (HBCSD) proposes the expansion of the existing transitional kindergarten (TK) program and implementation of a new preschool program at Hermosa View. To balance student enrollment at its schools, HBCSD proposes to move the existing second grade program at Hermosa View to Hermosa Vista. The Project would expand HBCSD educational programs and ensure equitable enrollment operations and conditions at HBCSD schools.
