Document Description
To repair flash flood damage which occurred on August 24, 2022 Caltrans District 8 proposes the following work on Interstate 15 Bridge number 54-0621 L: install shoring, repair abutment and piers, stabilize and repair embankments, and install rock slope protection (RSP). To minimize temporary impacts all workers will access site within Caltrans right of way, will use a commonly used service roads and work will occur in dry conditions. Permanent impacts are due to the expanded installation of RSP to protect the bridge facility and limit erosion during high flow events.
