Document Description
SWPAO Agreement #20039 authorizes delivery of ACWD’s approved State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to KCWA for temporary storage in Semitropic Water Storage District through December 31, 2030, in order for ACWD to better manage its SWP water supplies and increase water reliability to help meet its water demands within its service area during periods of drought. ACWD must recover this water, minus losses, for use in its service area by December 31, 2035.
