Document Description
The project proposes to remove a large tree that fell on the Mountain Parks Foundation (MPF) store at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park to allow for selective demolition and removal of damaged materials and the reconstruction of the store for use by MPF staff and park visitors. Work will: •Remove one (1) bay laurel tree; •Demo and remove all damaged structures and finishes and assess the extent of the damage; •Construct, repair and/or replace as needed, framing for the roof, ceiling and/or walls; •Install/repair shingles and gutters as needed; •Repair, as necessary, electrical and plumbing services; and •Repaint and replace finishes to match the existing design.
