Inspection and repair activities within Orcutt Creek will initially require excavation of an existing concrete apron to expose L36-1007 for inspection. Excavation activities will utilize typical construction equipment. The excavation will be approximately eight feet wide and may ultimately be up to twelve feet deep depending on required pipeline repair / replacement activities identified following inspection.
