Document Description
This proposed project involves the development of 66.4 acres of undeveloped land into a commercial warehouse allocating 1,097,300 square feet of the Project site. It will also allocate 40,000 square feet of the Project site for office use, landscaping, parking, and infrastructure facilities. The Project will result in incidental take of 75 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia). which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
