Reasons for Exemption
The Plot Plan is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (Class 32) and has been found to meet all of the conditions of the Class 32 Exemption as the Project is consistent with the applicable general plan designation and all applicable general plan policies as well as with applicable zoning designation and regulations, occurs within the City limits on a project site of no more than five acres substantially surrounded by urban uses, and 15061(b)(3) common sense as the project is within an existing building with negligible changes to the existing building nor expansion to the site.
