The project consists of re-negotiating a long-term lease with an option to purchase the buildings and land that is owned by the Sierra Unified School District. The property is located at 27444 East Tollhouse Road, Tollhouse, CA 93667.
The lease consists of eight buildings for a total of 34,108 sf. As part of the lease minor improvements will be made to the structures that includes HVAC replacement in the office building, 10 window replacements in the Kitchen/Cafeteria, and construction of eight showers (men and women’s bathrooms) in the Barracks building.
