El Dorado County proposes to construct and utilize an oversized two-car garage as a shed to store a pumper truck and trailer near Ellis Creek and the Rubicon Jeep Trail, on U.S. Forest Service Eldorado National Forest land. The stored equipment would be used to pump the restrooms along the Rubicon Jeep Trail.
