CDCR Division of Adult Paroles, leases an approximately 8,700 square foot office located in Ceres, CA. The project will involve interior renovation of an existing office including replacing ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures, paint, carpeting, and roll up shades. The project also includes additional security improvements including exterior cameras to include the entire parking lot, alarm keypads and key fobs, the relocation of HVAC supply and return, independent paging system. This project is needed to provide a clean and safe work environment for staff and parolees.
