Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- RIV-28834-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line, LLC. as represented by Jody Schaap. The project is limited to maintenance and repair activities at three washout sites along Line Section 51 which parallels an unnamed tributary that conveys flow to the Santa Ana River. The Project activities will include the
excavation of 28 cubic yards of soil within the pipeline exposure area, the placement of sand over the exposed pipe, and placement of gravel and 78 cubic yards of riprap in the channel of the unnamed tributary. Project activities are anticipated to result in temporary impacts to 1.44 acres and permanent impacts to 0.058 acre of
streambed and associated riparian habitat during the term of this Agreement (5 years).
