The proposed project will replace damaged flooring and prevent future water intrusion damage to areas in the 3294 Meadowview California Department of Food and Agriculture building. Work includes removing and replacing approx. 1,011 square feet of interior vinyl flooring, repair areas of exterior cement plaster stucco walls due to water damage, replace sealant at window perimeters, regrade approx. 3,300 square feet of site around the building to redirect water, install erosion protection during grading work, and pour 150 square feet of concrete for additional landscape drainages.
