Document Description
The project proposes to remove three large trees that fell on a park residence at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park to allow for the selective demolition and removal of damaged materials and the reconstruction of the residence for park staff use. Work will:
•Remove two (2) bay laurel and one (1) Douglas fir tree;
•Demo and remove all damaged structures and finishes and assess extent of damage;
•Construct, repair and/or replace as needed, framing for the roof, walls and/or windows;
•Install shingles, gutters, and repaint the exterior;
•Repair, as necessary, electrical and plumbing services; and
•Repaint and replace interior finishes to match the existing design.
