The proposed project consists of the following entitlement requests: 1. A Tentative Parcel Map to divide one approximately 9.77-acre parcel in the A-5 zone into two parcels with the following sizes: ? Proposed Parcel 1: about 5.095 gross acres (about 221,947 square feet) ? Proposed Parcel 2: about 4.677 gross acres (about 203,714 square feet) 2. A Special Development Permit to deviate from the following development standards: ? Minimum Lot Area in the A-5 Zone (Zoning Code Title IV, Section 403-12.): Five gross acres. As proposed, one of the parcels is about 4.677 gross acres. ? Minimum Public Street Frontage in the A-5 Zone (Zoning Code Title IV, Section 403-14.): 250 feet. As proposed, one of the parcels has no public street frontage. 3. A Design Review to determine substantial compliance with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Design Guidelines).
