The purpose of this project will be to prepare and submit a Financial Assistance Application (Planning) to the State Water Resources Control Board Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The Westwood CSD does not meet the storage requirement as defined in Section 64554(a)(2) of the California Waterworks Standards; consequently, it needs to apply for funding for the construction of a 1-million-gallon storage tank. The Westwood community will be the beneficiaries.
