Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. EPIMS- MEN-24421-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Schuette. The project is in response to a Notice of Violation (NOV) that was issued following a site inspection. The project is limited to four (4) encroachments: One (1) encroachment is for water diversion from Ryan Creek from a streamside shallow cistern. The three (3) other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Other remedial work includes general trash and refuse cleanup around the parcel.
