Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Wastewater Treatment & Disposal System Improvements. The Project will evaluate the existing wastewater treatment plant, prepare an alternatives analysis to meet new permit requirements, complete the environmental documents for the selected construction project, and prepare and submit a construction application for funding.
