Document Description
The proposed project would include subdivision of the project site into 70 lots and subsequent development of 69 affordable single-family residential units, as well as a stormwater detention basin. All on-site trees are anticipated to be removed. The proposed project would also include development of an internal roadway network. The proposed project would require City approval of a Rezone from R-S to Single-Family Residential (R-1) and to remove the A-O zoning designation, as well as a Tentative Subdivision Map and Design Review.
