Document Description
Construct an approximately 600 foot long 8-foot diameter bypass pipeline and isolation valve to connect the Wadsworth Effluent pipe directly to the Eastside Pipeline, bypassing DVL’s inlet-outlet pipe. The bypass pipeline will allow continuous and simultaneous discharge of water from DVL to the DVL forebay by way of its existing inlet-outlet pipe, and pumping of water from the forebay to both the Mills Plant and Rialto Pipeline, by way of Eastside Pipeline and SBVMWD facilities.

The proposed project consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure. The proposed project consists of public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation, which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
