PG&E is proposing to underground existing electrical facilities in the State Route (SR) 89 right of way (ROW) between PM 20.37 and 20.75 in Plumas County. Project work includes replacement of 15 electrical boxes. Approximately 6 trenches will be created and one boring in order to access electrical equipment for replacement or installation.
