Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as East Coachella Valley Water Supply Plan Update and Consolidation Planning Project. The Project will update the 2019 East Coachella Valley Water Supply Plan (ECVWSP) to evaluate the feasibility of consolidating tribal systems as well as evaluate, design, and develop documents necessary to consolidate 30 small water systems (SWSs) with the District’s potable water system. The Project will complement Technical Assistance (TA) efforts completed or already in progress by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Pueblo Unido Community Development Corporation (Pueblo Unido), and University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI).
