Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to repair an existing Caltrans building (Regional Survey Office) near Interstate 5 (I-5) at post mile (PM) 50.0, located at 25111 The Old Road, in the census designated place of Stevenson Ranch, Los Angeles County. The proposed scope of work includes replacing existing roof shingles with new roof shingles, replacing roof plywood underlayment in two places where a water leak took place, removing roof parts that has mastic and asbestos, replacing existing interior ceilings tiles in an office area, painting the exterior building with commercial exterior paint, and removing existing mold in the storage office caused by the water damage. All the proposed scope of work takes place to the interior and exterior of the building itself and will not require any excavation. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project. This project old number was 4P950.
