Document Description
The proposed project includes the replacement of the building fire pump, including all associated piping, controller, centrifugal fire pump, batteries, and fuel supply engine within the designated building located at 3389 12th Street, Riverside, CA 92501. There will be ACM testing and demo of the existing fire pump, which will be replaced with a new unit. All work is anticipated to occur inside the building.

The proposed project is determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities), because it consists of replacement and installation of new fire pump equipment and would not result in a significant cumulative impact due to the continuation of the existing use, would consist of the replacement of existing facilities, would be located on the same site as the structures replaced, would have substantially the same purpose and capacity, and would consist of construction and location of new, small facilities to support fire pump operations.
