Document Description
The project consists of leasing 7,740 sf of warehouse building space of which approximately 700 sf will be used for office functions. The building is located at 2535 Zanella Way, Chico, CA 95928.
The warehouse portion of the building will be used to store CAL FIRE vehicles and mobile equipment to keep secure. It will only be utilized for overnight parking of CAL FIRE light utility vehicles and CAL FIRE tow behind brush chippers. There will be no maintenance of vehicles or equipment taking place on the premises. The warehouse will also be utilized to store extra hand tools and personal protective equipment for the employees assigned to the Fuels Reduction Crew.
No tenant improvements will occur.
