Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to excavate and recoat a 100-foot segment of 10-inch pipeline located at Mile Post 23.88 (MP23.88) along the right-of-way (ROW) for Line 6001 (L6001). The recoating will provide sufficient cathodic protection to help prevent corrosion from occurring on the exterior of the pipeline and is mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT). The Beneficiaries of the Project include the general public and the environment, who will benefit from not experiencing pipeline failure.

The capacity of the pipeline will not be expanded. No exceptions to the exemption apply.
