Document Description
The Project is comprised of the development of 68.2 acres of undeveloped land into a warehouse and off-site improvements. Project Activities include grubbing and grading of the Project Site, construction of a warehouse, trench digging, utility improvements, landscaping, vegetation/tree removal. The Project will result in incidental take of 11 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia). which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
