Notice of Determination for the Euclid Mixed Use Specific Plan Final EIR. The Project consists of the Euclid Mixed Use Specific Plan (PSP22-001), covering the entire 84.1-acre site, comprised of 18 parcels, and would include up to 290,110 square feet of commercial retail/office uses, up to 466 residential units, and up to 1,386,777 square feet of business park uses, with associated on-site and off-site infrastructure improvements. The Project is anticipated to be developed in two phases. The Phase I Project area includes a Development Agreement (PDA 23-004), Development Plan (PDEV23-011) and Tentative Parcel Map (PMTT23-005).
